Join co-leaders Peter Baker with John Woods as they share their vast knowledge of fish and wildlife ecosystems at this special location. Timed at the end of the sockeye spawning run in Tsútswecw Provincial Park, this event will focus on the fish, birds and mammals of the Adam’s River, especially those feeding on the dead salmon and their eggs. We should see a variety of scavenging birds including several species of gulls, as well as Bald Eagles and American Dippers.

NOTE: There are two pre-trip meeting place options. If you are leaving from Salmon Arm, meet at Junglemania at 8 a.m. for car pooling. For those living in the Blind Bay/Sorrento area, meet at Tsútswecw at 9 a.m. in the large parking lot.

Difficulty Rating: DR-1/2. Well maintained trails and some shorelines.
