Little Mountain is one of Salmon Arm’s more interesting locations to look for early spring wildflowers. Unique flowering plants are typically most abundant on the Little Knoll, but we’ll also be on the lookout for any other flowers and birds we see along the way.

Meet at the Little Mountain Park trailhead and parking lot at the eastern end of Okanagan Avenue in Salmon Arm (just past the tennis courts) at 10:00 AM. We should be back to the cars by 11:30 AM. The trip leader is Mitch Milgram. No washroom facilities.

Difficulty rating: DR-1/2 (some moderately steep but short sections, and we will take it easy).
